Life is always moving,
Always moving on
Were here in this moment;
As the next one just comes
Each one fleeting,
Each one unknown
We may try hard to grasp it
Yet we cannot;
Just as this moment comes,
In the next it is gone
Life is only here;

I am writing this as both an expression of being led in this way and a warning against it.
Always trust your own intuition above all else, there are unfortunately many out there who will lead you along a path to nowhere for their own benefit. With my experience and if they had been in integrity it would have sounded more like this;
‘I invite you to follow my way, which is in fact not a way but I will pretend it is a way, keep changing it and telling you that you’ve got it wrong until you figure out there isn’t one.
Please join me, it will be fun!’;)
Honesty and integrity are so important and can be harmful when not put in place. Please always above all be true to yourself and aware of others truths ♡

Why is it so often only when we lose something that we appreciate it’s real value, How can we begin to value things more before this point?
In my own experience I have come to realise how important some things are only when it was too late
Like life was somehow teaching me, here, look at what you already have;
Whether that be with money, friendships, support or even states of being,
And more than anything life teaches me how important gratitude is,
Perhaps this is why we need this duality in life, for without it how could we possibly know or appreciate those good things.
Additionally, this is why gratitude is so important, not only important but essential. In consistently practicing gratitude, we recognise the value here and now. Then not always needing the comparison.
Ultimately however it does come down to our choice of focus. We can see what we have or perceive what we don’t have and as part of nature what we consistently give energy to will increase.
Start with value;
Recognise all you are, all you already are, have done and are doing.
As beings of nature we naturally evolve. In keeping our focus on what we’re grateful for as well where we’re heading, then all will evolve in the right direction.
Most often where we are right now, we already have more than enough, and we always are of infinite value.
To truly value something
Is to be with it completely,
Giving every effort in that moment
With that;
The only answer,
Here and now
Can always be gratitude 💗
It’s never about the stuff
How others may think or judge
What matters is what’s in our heart
In how our actions show who we are
Not in who’s right or who’s wrong,
But in having love and gratitude,
No matter what 💗

Today has been an amazing new years day, looking forward to new goals and beginnings whilst continuing on projects over from last year too. I always love new year because of the energy everyone has with the potential of what we can be and become.
It brings alive the field of possibility in knowing that we can change habits we no longer need and become all we want to be, it’s often just maintaining this energy that can be the challenge.
That’s why I believe its so important to have this focus of what is possible consistently, to always be searching for new ideas and opportunities. To treat every day as if it is a new beginning just as we do at this time, because really it is. Everyday and every moment is a new beginning and anything is possible when our view expands enough to see all that is available to us.
The only thing that ever limits us is ourselves and our view of what is possible for us to do and when we focus daily on something that we may not have perceived possible, who knows what opportunities will come our way. I was a little disappointed at the end of 2014 that I had not achieved all I would like to have done but at the same time I know I have learnt so much. For all that is important as part of my journey and I achieved and experienced things that I never could have planned.
Most importantly from 2014 I learnt;
New learning as well as achievements are all part of our journey of growth and the beauty in life, we never can fully plan everything. We can however be sure that when we go with the flow towards our goals we will be heading in the right direction.
‘The Alchemist’ by Paulo Coelho is a perfect example of this, and in the end it is always about realising our potential and surprising ourselves with possibilities we never knew we could find.
I’m determined even more this year to be open to all new possibilities and opportunities whilst on the journey to achieving my goals which is why this year pubic speaking and any opportunities in this area will be a big part of my goal. I’ll love you no matter what you do,

I wrote this over a year ago when I’d been hurt quiet badly from lies. The experience taught me many things, Initially it was a reminder of how hurtful lies can be but far more than that was how powerful love can be to overcome it.
Today has been a day in redefining this for me. I’m not certain if it’s right
or condemning lies in anyway, as many of us know how hurtful they can be but the causes can be far deeper than we know. Even though someone lies or even continues to lie, that may mean they need our love even more. Why does anyone lie after all? ❤
I’m re- posting this as it was around this time last year and it serves as powerful a reminder right now of the importance of personal power, one of intentionally creating in each moment, every single day.
We all have far more power over our lives than we sometimes realise, it’s just a matter of choosing where our focus goes. A daily practice however always.
