Let go of the tension
Allow it to flow
It is in the flowing,
That you will reach your goal

Expressing life's journeys in writing and poetry
After watching a great webinar by George Hardwick yesterday on becoming more in touch with our soul, true purpose and how we can do this through asking a question then allowing the answers to flow. I decided to give it a go and here’s my first one;
Q: How do I know the right choice?
You are born to be here, to be well, to show others all that is possible and all you can do. You are never here to struggle or to go where you do not want to go.
You are here to flow and this is always your goal, whatever brings flow through you, be there and so you can show all that is possible and all you can overcome. How well and how amazing you can be just through being you just as you are meant to be.
Let go of any need to please or conform and trust completely in who you are now; this is who you are now. If you continue to follow your flow I can promise you, you will be inspired and continue to inspire others, you will find and have all you need, all will be well, all is well, just trust and flow.
Connect with all your being and connect with all your rhythym, this is who you are. To connect that’s your goal; so to then be there for others. Keep going on the road less travelled, your surrounded by true souls, trust and let go, you know what to do , just trust, let go.
To live in gratitude is the way then all flows as can be, look around you, see the beauty, this is how we flow. Through being, in gratitude, in love, through flowing ,trusting, through letting go.
Breath and allow – always breath and let go , give in to this and you will always know. Know that you are loved and protected always.
Love, your soul

Enjoy, it is well worth a watch. 🙂
To fight,
With fighting flow,
To turn that hurt
In to gold
This is the power;
You have within
Let nothing ever stop you,
You can always win
To fight,
With fighting flow
To turn that pain
In to a story of old
This is the way
The way you always know,
To transform any struggle;
In to pure love for all

Today has been an amazing new years day, looking forward to new goals and beginnings whilst continuing on projects over from last year too. I always love new year because of the energy everyone has with the potential of what we can be and become.
It brings alive the field of possibility in knowing that we can change habits we no longer need and become all we want to be, it’s often just maintaining this energy that can be the challenge.
That’s why I believe its so important to have this focus of what is possible consistently, to always be searching for new ideas and opportunities. To treat every day as if it is a new beginning just as we do at this time, because really it is. Everyday and every moment is a new beginning and anything is possible when our view expands enough to see all that is available to us.
The only thing that ever limits us is ourselves and our view of what is possible for us to do and when we focus daily on something that we may not have perceived possible, who knows what opportunities will come our way. I was a little disappointed at the end of 2014 that I had not achieved all I would like to have done but at the same time I know I have learnt so much. For all that is important as part of my journey and I achieved and experienced things that I never could have planned.
Most importantly from 2014 I learnt;
New learning as well as achievements are all part of our journey of growth and the beauty in life, we never can fully plan everything. We can however be sure that when we go with the flow towards our goals we will be heading in the right direction.
‘The Alchemist’ by Paulo Coelho is a perfect example of this, and in the end it is always about realising our potential and surprising ourselves with possibilities we never knew we could find.
I’m determined even more this year to be open to all new possibilities and opportunities whilst on the journey to achieving my goals which is why this year pubic speaking and any opportunities in this area will be a big part of my goal. Please watch this space for video uploads 🙂 I wish you all the best success and lots of wonderful opportunities on your journey this year too. Happy New Year to you 🙂 Lets make this year amazing.
There is no end, only beginnings,
Every moment, is a new beginning

Wow it’s my 100th Blog post on Journeys in Writing, I just can’t believe it, I’d really like to thank you all for being such great readers and supporters. I started this blog purely as a method to share and express insights through writing poetry and hopefully inspire you in some ways.
Life is a Journey and can change and adapt so much in such a short space of time but its up to us to steer to the way we want to go. You have all helped me do this in finding my way on my journey through supporting and in sharing all your wonderful inspiration too. Thank you.
Much has changed from the beginning to now and im sure it will throughout the next 100 posts. One thing I have really discovered is everything we experience is much better and richer when it is shared, we can all inspire each other in this way and I thank you all again for doing so too. I plan to release an e-book of inspirational poems as well as more insights in to my own journey very soon and will keep you posted on this.
I’d like to invite you all to join a webinar with the brilliant Vishen Lakhiani , who is one person who really inspires me because of his depth of being and the difference he is making throughout the world. Vishen will be leading the webinar and the first one is at 6pm this evening, there is also a chance to catch it at 7pm or at the same times tomorrow, so please sign up as soon as you can if you wish to experience it, it comes highly recommended 🙂 .
The webinar is called Consciousness Engineering and Vishen will talk you through his own very inspiring experience , the Consciousness engineering programme and a brilliant meditation experience, Please do sign up to experience it and enjoy.

Every journey has value, gifts and lessons,
The journey is where true happiness lives
It cannot be sought or held, only lived,
Lifes for living, live for the journey.

Why do we often have resistance come up when we set ourselves goals?
Is there any purpose to this and if so why does it sometimes have to be so difficult?
I often ask myself this question and at times it can seem unfair that the road to achieving goals can be really tough. Then I have to remind myself that the bigger the goal and purpose, the bigger the obstacles will be.
Why? Well the one way I understand this is to liken it to exercise training. If we lift measly little weights that don’t push us at all then we are highly unlikely to achieve our goal. We have to lift a weight that is slightly tough and out of our comfort zone and the same goes for any other goal. To grow in to the person we want to be, we need some resistance.
If we remember that resistance is there to help us grow it makes any challenges easier and if anything as with exercise we can begin to find these challenges fun. Really it is always about our journey and our growth is a main part. When we become too fixated on any end goal, this is when we forget this and it becomes harder. With this we can also then unintentionally forget feeling good and having fun in the process, so I figured that resistance is good as long as we don’t resist the resistance 🙂
Life is always training
Growth
We can not wish or hope for someone else to take our journey,
It is up to us to take action and win,
We can not hope for it to be easy, for then it will not push us on
To stretch ourselves is to learn and grow,
To be and become something far more than we are now
We need to keep on growing, to do this we need to push on
To push to be this person, this person we know we can become
So resistance is not to be scared of, but a challenge that we must take on
It will then be our greatest ally, once we realise it is there to help us win

I’m re- posting this as it was around this time last year and it serves as powerful a reminder right now of the importance of personal power, one of intentionally creating in each moment, every single day.
We all have far more power over our lives than we sometimes realise, it’s just a matter of choosing where our focus goes. A daily practice however always.
Much Love,
Miranda
