Express yourself, be yourself
Along the way you’ll find your real self
You’ll find your way then you’ll be again
As all that’s lost is found again
More will come to rise through you

Be Yourself
Be yourself, express who you are,
You know what works for you better than anyone else
Do what works, forget what doesn’t,
When others criticise just continue on
You know what works and you are on your way
You will reach the peak then others will say;

Recognise
Recognise what’s in your life
See what’s there in front of your eyes
The things that really matter,
They’re already there
Within your heart, within your life
What really counts, it’s already there
Focus on those people who are there for you
The ones who make the time for you
The ones who will not lie to you
Who share and care and cry with you
Who build you up when you are down
Who forgive you when you need them to
Who see who you really are in every way

For all those who take the time and are always there no matter what. What really matters is already here, when we are too busy seeking more, this we can easily forget. Our time is the most valuable thing and all we ever really have is now, I seek to treasure these moments now, the ones that really matter.

Accepting less
How many of us are accepting less?
Accepting far less than we really deserve,
Less than we know we really want,
Less than we know we’re really worth
In love, in life, in all the joys
Who does this serve?
Not us or anyone
Everyone loses when we forget our worthiness
The times gone by when we’ve accepted less,
When we knew we could have more but settled anyway,
When we knew it wasn’t right but struggled along
Well now is the time to say no more,
No more to this limited struggling way
No more to the people who treat you as lesser than they,
Know you are worthy, know you deserve
All the world has to offer, all your really worth
Why accept less, when you deserve so much more
The world is limitless,
Let your abundance flow forth

This one started as a question and ended up flowing in to a poem.
This often seems to happen now, it must be my mind in rhythm 🙂
It largely came from the past wknd where I attended a seminar in London called millionaire mind intensive. Here I really realised that on a fundamental level many of us are choosing a limited existence because of the limiting beliefs we unknowingly hold.
The best way to know if your doing this is to just look at the results in your life. This is not just for finances but for everything. Our thoughts, beliefs and our results are undeniably connected.
Yet it doesn’t have to remain in the way it has been, once we know these beliefs are false we can choose to let them go and choose a more empowering story. So let’s step up and consciously choose a better life, one we really deserve.

The Space
There’s this space beneath the lines
Where all expands and comes alive
Where all is one, yet somehow lost
The space is open far and wide,
There are no boundaries, there are no guides
It falls before you and you decide
To take the journey or to run away,
To stay the way or continue to wait

Find your way
Find the truth on your path;
Each one of us has a different way
Its not for us judge or try to take another
Along with us on our way,
Its only us that can travel this path;
Though others may follow too,
The ones who will stay the full road
They are only a few
We may still want to hold on,
But some are just not meant to be
They come to our lives for a lesson,
A lesson we may no longer need
Keep travelling on, on your true path
There are many more missions to seek
Don’t let others try to stop you
There job is not to hold you there
But to travel along on their path;

Opportunity
Every difficulty can be an opportunity;
Every struggle can be a strength,
It is what you choose to focus on
That will really get you through anything,
To a place where you thought you would never be;
To a place where your more than you’ve ever been

This is written with the belief and knowledge that every and any problem can actually be an opportunity, It all depends on our focus.
Sometimes the answer isn’t clear at first but there can always be a higher purpose if that is what you seek.

Creativity – Our Calling
I know that many of you will appreciate this so much so I wanted to share it with you,
I have until now been largely keeping my creativity and profession as a health coach separate from each other. Then after a coaching session with amazing poet and speaker George Hardwick yesterday I have realised that it is absolutely essential to bring my whole self together in what I do.
It is too often believed that we can not make something of our creativity or that we must separate the different parts of our lives, but this is no longer so. Now is really the time that we can be our whole true selves and we can bring the most value to others in doing so.
So I see this as my mission from here forward, to be my whole self in all I do, in giving and creating from the heart.
