Where are you looking?

Whatever we look for we will see,
So if we think we don’t have enough that is what we’ll see, and if we think we’ve more than enough that is what we’ll see.

This then effects our whole perception to one where we’re coming from a place of either seeing limitations and suffering or abundance and gratitude. And it really is that simple as in what are we looking for, we get to choose which we see.

Where are you looking

From close up,
Or far back
Can you see the whole,
Or just one part
Are you seeing here,
Or what is not
What do you choose,
To be near or far?
To be one with all,
Or what is not
For all is here,
It always was
If you choose one part
Then you close it off,
For all you see;
Is what you focus on 💗

Order and Flow

Each thing or being is created unique and whole as it is in its truth and oneness. Therefore to resist or reject any part of it in any moment of the journey is to reject the self and also the whole, resulting in a sense of disharmony.

How then to maintain some order and unity in the process of natural flow? As we are a thinking/ meaning creating being the only way I have truly found is through Faith. This I believe is because we can so often be caught up in having to do or be in a certain way, in a world of comparison or duality which in reality is just concepts. All is simply choice. Therefore we choose which way to follow and flow through the direction of our intention.

We are all created unique and will therefore follow a unique path, this is not necessarily set but directed through our own personal intention and experience and ultimately the meaning applied to it. With the capacity of higher consciousness and awareness then order can be both a natural flow and one with an intention applied to it along with Faith.

Without Faith, disunity and resistance can occur. With faith you apply your own internal creative ability in harmony with the external to create a natural flow towards your goal.

The faith then allows it to happen. Without either faith or some external order applied then things do still happen as a natural occurrence but are not directed towards a specific end as well as they may be otherwise. So it is then the blend of the two that create a natural harmony and balance towards achieving your goal.

“Direct intention and yet have faith you will be guided towards your goal, there you will flow as naturally as does occur with all nature in its growth.”

The past is over

To be one

To be one
With wherever I am,
In whatever I am doing,
Here, in love with everything

To be one
Within any experience,
Here without any judgement,
Or even any thought thinking

Only the whole,
Here as everything
To be true, to be empty;
Expressed in everything

One with all that is
Here and now in all beauty,
Flowing as one;

I am

I am life expressed in all its completeness,

Totality

Totality is full expression in all of it’s form. Such a thing can only come from now – it exists in the newness or wholeness of all that is. In order to do this we have to let go- let go of any thought of what was or ought to be.

So it is to just be here, in every moment. Wherever you are, be there, be whole, be as one. All that was in learning and in life is gone. How can anything new ever come fully without letting go of this old, without fully letting go?

In the here and now, in all that is you find truth and it’s only here that the flow exists. It is here you can truly be and become all you can be. Therefore trust in the process in order to let go and flow completely.

In totality you find both good and bad, light and dark and in accepting this all becomes one, it’s there you see the truth, beyond all. Nothing else ever was, it was only ever a masking.

This way in between, in the space, is the way to follow, a way of being. It’s the balance, the truth and it only exists in the now. It is here that all preconceived thoughts and notions are let go of and all then comes from the one truth where anything is possible. Nothing is ever wrong or right, it just is and this is where peace is found.

Thinking in terms of judgement from the past or future is to split the whole, a whole which in reality cannot be split. To know one is to know the other and in acceptance there is full control – All seeing.

This is where you become truly free, with no fixed notions. You are only the knowing and seeing.

Blocks or splits in division, whether that be past/future, me/them, this/ that , better/worse cause conflict from within and out. This conflict is simply denial of the totality or the ISness of life, therefore then disallowing the truth to appear.

See all

See all as it is
Be with all
Hear all as it is
Be with all
Feel all as it is
Love all

Be here right now,
Not over there
See what’s here right now,
Not back then
Appreciate all as one;
See within

Love all as they are
See the truth
Love all as they are,
All as one

Know that nothing’s ever wrong
All is one,
Know that nothing’s ever wrong;
Be the whole 💗

Fighters sight

When you look at fighters what do you see?
I see energy, purpose and passion,
I see love beating ever faster
Overcoming that which got in the way,
To reach a resolution that may never be said,
To move beyond,
That which may have always stayed
On to a place far more beautiful,
Far more clear;
Away from any pain,
Or hurtful tears
To move on to true beauty; in heartfelt peace 🙏
