Energy is everything

“Energy is everything, what we focus on or hold on to, we become.”

As energy is everything, the importance of conscious energy direction is vital yet something we can so easily forget. We are however most often in a position to consciously direct it.

This is because we are always in a state of choice, whether we are consciously choosing however is something else. There is a large amount of influence to be followed and this can happen to us in many situations, where we can get pulled in one direction or another without much conscious awareness.

It is possible however to be in a state where we allow ourselves to see that we do always have a choice, even if in that moment it may not at first appear so.

A great place to be in is one of balance, where we are not pulled in one direction or another but completely in charge or our own state. This may be called one of the observer. When you are in this state of balance then you know you are in the drivers seat of your life and choosing where you want to go.

This way you are always conscious and rarely if ever unconsciously directed. It is important however that we practice continuously to be attentive to our own energy state.

To do this the best way I have found is to step back and look at a situation or energy state, and consider “is this useful or wasteful to me.” We are then free to redirect our energy on to where it is best placed.

There is never any point in attaching ourselves to that which is wasteful, when we can choose to focus on that which is beautiful, creative and productive instead. Everything starts from within and is then directed out so by consciously choosing we take back the power that is truly ours and create our lives as we choose them to be completely.

Your energy is you, so place it where it is most valuable to you, and make it most meaningful. Then you will know that you’ll never have a wasted day or even a wasted moment, for it will be you that is fully in charge of your energy flow. ❤

Determination rises

Around this time of year we are all eagerly pursuing our new year goals, and hopefully still going with them. 🙂

If not it’s never too late to pick them back up again and the more we do this the stronger our determination can become.

Any knock back I believe is just there to make your resolve to achieve your goal stronger. Sometimes we are just tested to see if we really want something enough and if we give up too easy then we know that our why just isn’t strong enough.

Therefore knock-backs are only reason to reflect on our why and then make our reason even stronger and more powerful. Sometimes to also learn a different way to achieve our goal, but never to give up on it.

I really believe that if a goal is important enough we will achieve it no matter what. We just have to know the why, then the how and the when will come. Anytime I find myself slacking I just remind myself of this and that the journey is what always brings with it the greatest joys too. 🙂

Reflections and New Beginnings

Looking back on 2015 I feel it’s been a journey of many inner transformations, some very challenging.

However from everything no matter how challenging can come positive, as long as we seek it and change it that way. I’ve developed on my spiritual path more than ever as my faith has truly deepened. Making this even more important was at a point earlier this year I almost gave up.

The most important lesson I learnt in this was to never look outside myself. I have to regularly remind myself of this but ultimately the one who is solely responsible for everything in my life in terms of how I shape it is me.

I achieved external goals too but ultimately and most powerfully I began to truly love myself as infinitely worthy and that we all are equally worthy just as we are.

Any goals I set now always come from here and therefore i know that by serving this truth and purpose I teach it too. Nothing we ever do or achieve makes us more or less valuable, we are always infinitely worthy and loved, therefore anything we do can and should be a joy and those things that come to us that are challenging can be turned around this way.

I wish you all an amazing 2016 with all the victories and joys you infinitely deserve. Thank you always for following and supporting me this year. Much love Miranda ❤

It’s all up to you

Not everything that happens can be positive, but it can always be shaped this way,
