Rhythm and flow

All I see is rhythm
It’s everywhere
Moving
Flowing
In everything

It’s there in you
Here in me
Our rhythm flows
In all we do,

See the rhythm,
Feel it so,
It’s all alive
Flow baby
Flow ❤

All we ever have is now

We all have goals and may project them in to the future of how we would like things to be, ourselves or our circumstance.

Goals and dreams are great and drive us forward.

Yet our power only ever exists in the now

So the question is, in the now what can we do, to be that self we see or difference we want to make? What can we do to be that now and how may it already be here?

All we ever have is now 💗

Because you are
Because you breath
You have knowing in your heart
You deserve all the best
No matter what
Because you’re here
You are worthy,
You are love
No matter what you were told,
It was wrong
Simply breathe
Simply know,
The love you are
You deserve all this world has to offer
Know within
That’s the truth
Never give up 💗

Acceptance

Accept both the good and bad,
Without a reason
Without justification
Without trying to change it
Yet creating value from it,
Then you are free

Expansion

Learning, growing, deeply flowing
Letting go of all that got in the way

Being you
Always true

Seeing how it is,
You’re not here to impress;
You are here to expand

To always grow,
Continually flow

Finding your way,
Come what may
Where nothing will stop you

You’re finding your balance
So all sides are even

Drop all expectations
As they will too

It works both ways man,
Adapt and flow 💗
