Overcoming Fears
The greatest block can be a fear of what people do, say or think,
The greatest advice would be to just discard it,
Why;
People can say anything but in reality
It means nothing
Why;
Opinions change as much and often as the wind;
Yet the truth in your heart
The truth of who you are
That is what always outlasts
No matter how you are portrayed
Or what people say
It is the light that is within;
That always guides your way ❤

No fixed position
What does it mean to have no fixed position?
Is it a lack of faith or understanding?
Not this or that,
No fixed position is simply an awareness of what is,
Without anything added to it
An acceptance of the whole
From no fixed position we are free and without conflict
Seeing all as it is
As one whole
Often the more we add to something the more we cause conflict,
Within and without
Simply here,
Simply being
Seeing all you can see;
Being with all that is
That is freedom ♡

Expressing your truth
All perceptions are illusions
Only love is real
Yet how easy to get caught up and believe one way is the truth,
When all we need do
Is open our hearts and eyes, to look deep inside,
For every one,
No matter what they’ve done has their reason why;
No matter right or wrong
Whatever is done is where they have come from
With compassionate eyes we can see a heart just as ours
Where love is the only truth,
With every single beat;
All the illusions just fall away
And with open hearts

We can search the world for the honour we deserve

Search here and there
Everywhere
And you will never find it,

In all the illusions

Because it is never outside,

Whatever your journey,
Remember who you really are;

The whole journey
When we look back over time on our journey
We sometimes see all the holes
All the bumps and roadblocks
Yet over and above it all, the journey is whole;
You see, without those holes,
Without those roadblocks;
You would not have the path you are on,
You would not have all you have learnt
And most of all you would have not grown so much and come so far,
So when you look back today
Instead of seeing all the blocks and holes,
See the whole,
See all of you;
