Overcoming Fears

The greatest block can be a fear of what people do, say or think,
The greatest advice would be to just discard it,
Why;
People can say anything but in reality
It means nothing
Why;
Opinions change as much and often as the wind;
Yet the truth in your heart
The truth of who you are
That is what always outlasts
No matter how you are portrayed
Or what people say
It is the light that is within;
That always guides your way ❤

Taking Risks

There are always risks;
You share you might get rejected,
You open up you might get dismissed
You let go, you might let the darkness in;

But whats the alternative,
A life closed off
Scared and in hurt,
Vulnerable like a tiny little bird

Yet with every opening
You build your courage from within
Growing stronger with every single beat,
Until you are ready to expand your wings Fully let go; step off that ledge and fly ❤

Don’t be so busy looking

That you miss what is already here

Don’t spend so much time searching

For the truth has always been here

We don’t need to know or say, only to feel and move

For so long

For so long I sought to find you

And you where no where to be found

For so long  I tried to find you

Only to be eluded every time

Every now and then I saw you

For only a very short time

But all the for so long ,

Just for this one moment

Was worth every single cry 

For now that I see you

Black and White are One

What has happened in the last two weeks and to George Floyd is so very sad. Black lives matter, all lives matter and the topic should never even be an issue and needs to be openly exposed.

Why are we so blind to our truth that we are all one, why separate and judge on differences, surely we should have moved on from this, surely it should not be an issue at all. But yet the sad fact is it is, for race, health, age and any other reason it goes on.

There is always another way and I really do hope that one day it will really change completely. Lets do all we can to make it so ♡

We are one

We are one 

A whole cycle

One truth;

Just different shades

 

From white to black,

Black to white;

All in between

Were all the same,

So why judge,

Why segregate?

 

What you do to another 

You do to yourself

So simply see

We are one whole;

All the same

 

We may be in different places,

Different spaces;

Yet were all the same

Were one whole,

One human race

 

Life is life

See from the heart

Let go of the strain,

We are all one; deeply the same ♡

Past eyes

Are you here in the now

Or looking through past eyes

For what is, is only here

So what are you seeing

Simplicity

The greatest answers are in the simplest things

We need not go far to find what we seek

All is one yet all so different,

We are all our own unique expressions

Simply here in purity 

All is expressed in and through it,

The light shines bright

For all who see it,

See your light
