The way your music
Makes me smile inside,
Pure waves of rhythmic delight

Butterflies
Here still fluttering
So beautifully peaceful
With those butterflies 💕

More than ever
If I see obstacles,
I put them there
So I remove them,
I choose to see truth
To see freedom
I choose to be truth
To be freedom
I choose to inspire
To love,
In freedom
I am flow;
More than ever 💕

What’s real
What if that which you were holding on to,
Or resisting against,
Was never real anyway
And if you were to simply let go
That is how you would fly 💕
~ M. L Adams
Ways of being
A persons behaviour or pattern of being is never fixed,
To place this limit on another is to place it on oneself,
To realise this is to realise a deeper truth,
That where you come from is the ultimate You,
And all that you are here, is that which you choose 🙏
– M. L Adams
Flowing freely
Poised like an artist
Flowing freely
In any direction
Always moving swiftly,
With love in your heart
Truth in your soul
No matter the obstacle
You will never fail 💗
~ M. L Adams
Nothing stays the same
Remember, nothing stays the same
That it’s a good thing,
We always evolve,
Change and grow
We always develop,
Learn and become
Take each thing as a lesson or a blessing;
Forever keep growing ❤

Everything is flow
Everything is flow,
Feel your way along
Float,
Move;
Become
Here you are,
So simply;
As one
Look around you
In all you see
The flow around you,
It’s everything
Here in the moving, the still,
Within the silent, the sound
It’s here;
In all, as being ❤
~ M. L Adams
All is here
You are the dance
You are the stream,
You are the all;
In everything
Here and now
In all that is
All is one,
It’s everything
You can’t hold on,
Only flow
Here and now;
With all that is
Freedom is here,
In all it’s ways
As truth in all;
Here it is
The flow is you
The flow is me
It’s never gone;
All is here
Here and now,
As you are
See it here,
It’s all around
In beauty here,
The truth you are
All is here,
It always is
Love is here,
Love is truth
Breath right here;
Be as you ❤

Inspired by the teachings of Alan Watts ❤
