Everything is rhythm
Moving individually,
Rhythmically;
As part of one whole
Everything is rhythm,
Moving with the flow
Flowing ever forward,
As one with natures goal 💕
~ M. L Adams
Expressing life's journeys in writing and poetry
Everything is rhythm
Moving individually,
Rhythmically;
As part of one whole
Everything is rhythm,
Moving with the flow
Flowing ever forward,
As one with natures goal 💕

There is no control
only acceptance
Where the deeper self,
The higher self
Chooses focus
And chooses well
On all that serves,
All that is positive
Towards ones growth
In the higher realms 🙏
~ M. L Adams
What if all is one
Where heart and mind have always been
Here there is no separation,
Only that you choose to see
Beyond,
Where there is no duality
Only a beautiful space in between,
Where all is one
All is whole, and all is free
When we see from here
Only love can be our goal
All else is lost
Of no true way, or meaningful cause
So we connect,
Connect to all that has ever been
To see the truth in all that is, To be the truth in all to come 🙏
~ M. L Adams
The mind of a perfect man is like a mirror,
It grasps nothing
It expects nothing,
It reflects but does not hold
Therefore the perfect man can act without effort
~ Chuang-Tzu
There’s no where to go
No where to be different
Wherever you are ,
Is the right place to be
Wherever you are,
Is all that you need 💗
~ M. L Adams
It’s never about the stuff
How others may think or judge
What matters is what’s in our heart
In how our actions show who we are
Not in who’s right or who’s wrong,
But in having love and gratitude,
No matter what 💗
~ M. L Adams
What comes, will go
What is found, will be lost again
But what you are is beyond coming and going and beyond description,
You are it
~ Rumi
‘Why add tension of emotion/thought to a situation which is illusion, to the extent that it is real, of a passing moment?
Do what seems wise to be done,
Forget it and walk on.
Walk on and see a new view,
Walk on and see the birds fly,Walk on and leave behind all things that would damn up the inlet,
Or clog the outlet, of experience’– Bruce Lee –
