Closing the gap

To close the gap
Between this world and that
Where all is seen
Simply flowing

To close the gap
Between this world and that
Where all is one
No one is stuck,
Out there
Somewhere in between

To close the gap
Between me and you
Between all of you
So all is one
Nothing is lost
All is whole
As it always was ❤

Healing hurts

‘What hurts us can also heal us’

We can spend our life avoiding pain yet without the pain in life some things we may never learn. Without falling down in life we can never build the strength to get back up.

Pain in life is unavoidable right from when we are young, we fall down and have to get back up. Of course we want to avoid pain as our natural response, yet realising some painful or difficult experiences can be helpful too lets go of the struggle.

Life has often taught me that what hurts us can also be healing and not just healing but growth too.

What often appears to be in the way can be part of the way, as we are always growing.

Keep going on your way and you will grow stronger every day 💕

In all everything

In all everything ,
There’s the good, the bad; the in between
In all everything
There’s the light, the darkness; the grey zone
In all everything,
Exists you, exists me; the known and unknown,
For all, everything;
Is one whole
Nothing more,
Nothing less
Just one whole

Ho’oponopono poem

Below is my addition to the healing prayer of Ho,oponopono, this healing prayer is based on the truth of our wholeness and that anything we project outside is something to heal within ourselves.
We can all make mistakes, but we can also all rectify them, as long as we have the courage to admit them and the awareness of where they come from. What we see in others exists within us, whether it be blame, expectations or something else, the need is always from within us, perceived to be lacking when in fact it never was.

The most important thing is that we’re always learning, and how do we do that but from each other. 💗🙏

I’m so sorry
If I ever hurt you
I’m really sorry
I love you
No matter what it is that you ever do,
This is always and forever, the only truth,

So it is,
That however you may be
I choose to see this truth within you,
As all you ever are is perfect whole and complete

I’m sorry,
I love you
Please forgive me,
Thank you
