However small the leaf

It is still a leaf,

Part of one whole tree.

All of the how;

Living in the now


A part of one whole;


Expressed through the soul;
Always ready to evolve

To love, to serve, to give
Receiving in each moment that is;

When we really see within, beyond all the surface level that todays world judges us by. Then we see deeper, we see the whole, we see the inner truth, only pure love. Imagine if we were to see this in ourselves and others all the time, how much more beautiful our world could be. We are all beautiful souls, whole and perfect as we are. Nature teaches us this truth every day 🙏💗

Walk in the middle,

Amongst it all

Be  still in the middle;

In the present moment

Hear the sound ,

See the pattern 

Blend with it all

Find your true stillness;

The whole journey

When we look back over time on our journey

We sometimes see all the holes

All the bumps and roadblocks

Yet over and above it all, the journey is whole;

You see, without those holes,

Without those roadblocks;

You would not have the path you are on, 

You would not have all you have learnt

And most of all you would have not grown so much and come so far,

So when you look back today

Instead of seeing all the blocks and holes,

See the whole, 

See all of you;

Be all of you

For the way we see things is though our own mind

There is no one way

No right or wrong way

Each beautiful set of eyes sees through its own lens;

However different

In dark and light

They find their own ways;
