Whenever darkness comes find your inner light and switch it on, it is then that the outside light will shine back too. Find your inner light and the outside follows, Your outer life will always reflect your inner life, always look within first.

Feel the fire come up within you

The spiritual path is simply the journey of living our lives. Everyone is on a spiritual path, most people just don’t know it.

Flight
When you feel that you are in flow you just know that you are right, you feel that you are completely free and that you are in flight.
Lifting high above anything in to the free night , like nothing can hurt you or hold you down tight.
When you feel you are in flight you know that you can fight, that nothing or no one can hurt you not with all there might.
You are in a state of wonder that’s high in to the light, so free like a firefly that is shining so so bright.

This is a poem I wrote about the state of being flow, I called it flight because of the freeing feeling of being in this state. Just like that of flying (the parachute jump is something I’m planning on doing very soon so I can experience flight for real 🙂
Finding our flow however it may be, such as through poetry or sports, is something I believe we should practice everyday. It is the art of expressing oneself completely, freely and of being in our zone.
